I’m 35 weeks pregnant with my first and have been really happy with the experience at this office. All of the doctor’s have been good, but Dr. Rudolph really stands out - she’s so friendly and so so informative and really takes the time to answer questions and alleviate concerns. I really feel like she goes above and beyond and this has been the best experience I’ve ever had with any type of doctor. I found the nurses, lab and front desk to all be pleasant, my only complaint is that the office is often running behind on appointments so the wait times can be frustrating. Otherwise, 10/10!

I LOVE Brenna as my OB, however that front desk makes me want to transfer! They are horrible! I am not a trouble pt, I am very kind and understanding, but I do know how costumer service should be given in a doctors office. No costumer service knowledge at all, the attitude of AUDREY, was horrendous. She refused to let me speak to someone else kept giving excuses and hung up when I asked for her name. I had to call back, hear her voice again, and ask for her name. She was horrible. She is a scheduler, makes it so hard for anything and even raised her voice, when I said she was giving me attitude and told me to “not put words in her mouth.” AUDREY front desk is HORRIBLE. She makes me want to transfer I wish they had better front desk to represent Brenna, in a better light.

This practice is a factory. I’m currently pregnant with my first baby. This has been the most stressful and least informative experience, I’m always asking a million questions receiving generic or basic responses. I’ve had to complain multiple times, call multiple times for test results and bloodwork, gender information, glucose test results etc. they forgot to run some of my labs a few times and have had to come back to redo. They will bill you for any tiny thing. Every appointment I wait 2 hours to see the doctor for 10 minutes... I also feel like most of my appointments are a waste of time, they don’t really do much if you’re not a high risk pregnancy just measure your belly check blood pressure, weight and heartbeat. Waste of time!!! If you don’t work from home or have a lot of time on your hands good luck with managing the appointments! I’m 35 weeks and still have not met all of the doctors in the practice. The receptionists here are very rude and unprofessional. Although many people I know have said their labor and delivery went smoothly with the doctors at this practice my confidence is very low. I am putting together a very comprehensive birth plan going into the unknown. After the birth of my baby I will be looking elsewhere for a provider, very frustrating experience.

Dr. Hara Berger and her medical assistant, have been great on both office visits. I recently established as a patient and I’ve consulted on both thyroid and bone health. I’ve found them to be professional, caring and warm. They are clear when explaining pros and cons, respectful about the patient making decisions and I have felt listened to-not rushed. The office is organized well, despite a bit of a wait. I feel i am in good hands. Thanks Dr. Hara.

I am currently under the care of Dr. Gostal Arcelin as my OBGYN. I chose him because of his exceptional surgical skills, excellent bedside manners, and minimal waiting times. I've felt extremely comfortable with him as my healthcare provider. The only drawback is that his clinic is quite large, and you may need to see other doctors in case he's unavailable, but I don't mind that. However, I should note that the waiting times for certain doctors can be lengthy. One of the great conveniences of this practice is that they conduct most labs and tests on-site, which saves a lot of time. I would highly recommend Dr. Gostal Arcelin, especially if you're dealing with a high-risk pregnancy. Overall, I am content with the care I've received.

Dr.Ruberg is wonderful!! She is so personable and takes the time to talk to her patients so they feel that she is really listening. It s sometimes difficult to find a doctor who will treat her patients like family while explaining and answering questions so many little old ladies like me might have. My anxiety level is reduced once we ve had a chance to talk and the rest is history! Dr. Ruberg is a gift to the profession!
